Question: How do you guys make money? Answer: We will list your vehicle for an amount higher then you want to give us the ability to negotiate. I'm sure you are aware that most customers intend to negotiate with a car dealer. Many times we are more interested in the trade-in that someone may have. As a car dealer - we can take trade-ins. Also many people are interested in financing and extended warranties - both of which we can offer and make money on. Question: Do you guarantee that you can sell my vehicle? Answer: There is no guarantee that we will sell your vehicle but we can tell you this. Everything sells for a price. Furthermore, since we are not charging you any kind of listing fee or commission and since we are advertising your vehicle at our expense - we won't make a dime unless we sell your vehicle for you - that's our incentive to do what we do best - sell cars. Question: Do I have to leave my vehicle at your dealership. Answer: Yes. Our agreement is for a 30 day period and the vehicle must be left at our dealership to sell it.
